The room we stayed in was spacious and came with a nice bathtub. However, the view from the window wasn't great as we were facing trash cans 🗑️. The price we paid for the room was $89, which was quite reasonable.

The price and location...I was there for family reasons, and it was close to their house. It was also a good size for my young son and me.
It was old-looking. It needs to be updated.

I stayed at this Extended Stay hotel in Mesa and I must say, it was great value for my money. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, like a comfortable bed and a well-working air conditioning. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area and not too far from where I needed to be. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and quickly resolving any issues that arose.
The morning meal could use a little improvement, maybe adding some hot options to the coffee, nutragrain bars, fruit, and muffins.
